Windreath​

Windreath is the capital of Spurnwy, built in the ruins of an old prison city. The city is governed by a council of 12, with equal representation from the People's Interest Party, the Salvagers Party, and the Explorers Party. The city does a large amount of salvage work, gathering supplies from ruins in their own city and from across the countryside.

The Explorer's Party is focused on finding new ruins, ensuring they are safe before handing the sites over to the Salvagers Party to gather resources. The People's Interest Party is focused on the welfare of the citizens, ensuring they have what they need to survive and thrive in the city.

The city is located on Culshal Lake, which is massive in size, probably to the extend it is the same size as many kingdoms. The city is built on the shore of the lake, with docks and piers extending into the water. The city is also home to a large number of salvagers, who use boats to explore the lake and gather resources from the ruins that are scattered throughout it.
